Before starting NodeHarbor I served in the United States Marine Corps, studied engineering at Arizona State, and spent years building software across the AI and cloud infrastructure space.

Most of my recent work has been with manufacturers and distributors in the Chicago suburbs. Spending time on the floor of these operations gave me a clear picture of where the biggest bottlenecks live: invoices retyped by hand, purchase orders reconciled in spreadsheets, shipping documents filed in boxes and forgotten.

The technology to solve these problems exists today. The gap is that most companies building it are focused on enterprise accounts, not the 30-person distributor down the road.

NodeHarbor bridges that gap. I work with small and mid-size manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies to identify the workflows worth automating and implement solutions that actually fit the way the business runs. That usually starts with a facility visit and a conversation, not a slide deck.
